Tips & Tricks

I developed this chart in order to stay organized and keep track of what I give my son and when.  Each chart is printed, checked off at each dosing time, and at the end of the week goes in Charlie’s notebook.  I have charts from the very first week we started the DAN! protocol, almost three years ago.  This comes in handy when we need to refer back to something.  Another reason the chart comes in handy is because I can hand the basket of vit./min./supps to my mom, along with the chart, and she can take care of giving Charlie what he needs, with no confusion.  It is self explanatory.

This particular chart is made in a Mac program called, “Numbers”. If you have a Mac computer, I can email the blank to you so that you can enter your own info.  If you have a Windows PC, email me and I’ll send you the Excel version.

Tips:  If you are doing probiotics, antifungals, etc., you can add in extra lines with headers that say, “Give at 3:00″ or “Give at Noon”.  I also do this for zinc since it should always be given by itself and 20 or so minutes after or before something else.  The header says, “Give 20 Minues Later” – that way if it is not me giving the supps, the person knows to give the zinc 20 minutes after the last batch, and by itself.
