Truth In Fiction
Have you heard of the bestseller, The Pandora Prescription by James Sheridan? Well, I just did. Why haven’t I heard of this book before? Apparently tens of thousands of people signed a petition to ensure this book was not banned! I guess I’ve been too busy reading Brain Allergies, and the Pangborn and Baker book, Autism: Effective Biomedical Treatments. Regardless, here’s what people are saying about The Pandora Prescription on Amazon.com:

When I Googled the book, I found a website (HERE) that invites readers to join in on a treasure hunt worth $50,000! From what the site says, somewhere in America there is a treasure chest containing a key to a safe deposit box that holds 50 grand. Readers are supposed to solve six riddles that lead them to a key; the key opens the treasure chest; the treasure chest contains $50,000 worth of solid gold coins! Man, could we use that kind of money!
I have to run over to the bookstore this week (with the money from my coin jar… THAT’s how broke we are!) to pick up a copy of The Autism File Magazine, so I might just pick up a copy of this book as well (if I have enough pennies, that is).
Anyone read this one? What’d you think?
