Pure Bliss
Things have been rough. But through it all Charlie has been playing his Thinking Music (thanks Tanya/Teen Autism!). There is one piece, the opening piece (which you will no doubt recognize, or it will be familiar to you), that drew me in the first time it was played. Just listen… pure bliss…
Adagio from Piano Concerto No. 5, Ludwig van Beethoven:
From one YouTube user: …composed by Ludwig van Beethoven, between 1809 and 1811 in Vienna, as the Napoleonic wars raged across Europe. The name “Emperor,” has since attached itself to the concerto, though the name was not Beethoven’s conception, and he was renowned for having an intense dislike of any emperor or person who declared unwarranted authority over others. It may be considered an Emperor among his piano concertos.
This was the first Piano Concerto that Beethoven did not debut himself, as his hearing had deteriorated to the point where he was forced to accept that could no longer perform in public – one of his pupils was given the task.

So glad that it’s been beneficial for Charlie! Nigel still loves it, and he has also been listening to “Music to Relax,” which I will be reviewing soon. It really helps him to calm down at the end of the day. Best wishes!

I am glad to see you post! Was getting worried about you.
There is no such thing as too much music as far as Nick is concerned!
His new thing is the pipe organ. He is waiting patiently for Amazon to send his organ music(cheap Mom and her free shipping)
I really think music heals the soul and can calm the brain. I am glad to hear it sooths Charlie, and I hope he is doing well.
I posted a picture of Nick and Allison’s visualization on facebook.
I am also going to check out the music you posted here.
Have a great day.
