Autism Vaccine Complaint Movie: “Selective Hearing, Brian Deer and the GMC” (CLICK HERE TO WATCH THE MOVIE)

By Mark Hawkings

In light of the PPC ordering the Times Newspaper to remove Brian Deer’s latest material from its website (HERE), I thought it would be a good time to write about the film “Selective Hearing, Brian Deer and the GMC” and my involvement in its making….

The film has been ignored by the UK press despite a copy being sent to every major news editor.

To set the scene we need to go back two years to the opening day of the GMC. I was there with my wife Lara and members of the UK Treating Autism Charity, supporting the doctors and also (in my mind at the time the more important task) talking to the press about how recovery is possible.

We had our first encounter with Brain on his return from lunch with the MP Dr Evan Harris. Brian had trouble with the front door at the GMC, he pushed the wrong door and rather comically bumped his whole body into it. There was a large cheer from the crowd as Brian skulked inside a bit red faced.

My mother had a saying, when as a naughty child I would trip or fall whilst up to no good “THE DEVIL DID THAT” she would say. This lit up in my head like a neon sign.

Thank You Kim and AoA For This Story!

Friday, September 19th, 2008

I’m trying to remember the first time I saw Aidan Quinn (the hunky, IMO, actor)…  Reckless maybe, my senior year of high school?  Maybe it was his role as Dez in Desperately Seeking Susan a year later?  Anyway, I’ve always had a soft spot for Aidan Quinn; today, that soft spot grew a lot bigger.  As I said, thanks Kim for posting this info on Age of Autism!

The Mighty Quinn

IRISH American actor Aidan Quinn – emphasizing the Irish part, as he spent a chunk of his childhood in Ireland and has worked on several films there – spoke to the Sunday Independent last week about lots of interesting matters, both career and personal. But he really stood out when talking about his 19-year-old autistic daughter who doesn’t speak. (more…)

David Kirby’s Latest Horror Story

Friday, August 15th, 2008

Last night I was over at my mother’s house to celebrate her birthday with our family.  At one point I walked past my phone and heard the email chime go off.  I was going to ignore the chime, we were celebrating after all; but, I decided to just do a quick check.

I felt that now familiar jolt of excitement when I noticed the email was a Huffington Post blogger alert… David Kirby had just posted a new piece.  My iPhone didn’t pull up the entire email, but I did see the title, “Up to 1-in-50 Troops Seriously Injured… By Vaccines?”  My “quick” check ended up consisting of me sneaking off to a quiet corner to get my DK fix.  And I knew, by the title, this was going to be one hell of a fix. Kim-Bear Bobbit

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008

Kim Stagliano put a piece up on HuffPo regarding a big giant wiener… okay, it’s not really about a “wiener,” but the ignoramus Michael WEINER Savage and his moronic comments about kids with autism.

As I was reading the piece I kept thinking, “Damn, Kim’s like an angry Mama Bear protecting her cubs!”

You should definitely head over to The Huffington Post immediately and read the piece… leave a comment while you’re there to support Kim-Bear! ;-)

P.S.  When you’re done reading Kim’s piece and letting her know how great she is, come back here and answer this question for me:  Don’t you just love her?!?

P.P.S.  The first (and only) time I saw Kim in person, she was wearing these oh-so-80’s white shades (hense why I put shades on the bear).

Savage: People with autism are “Brats”, “Idiots” and “Putzes.”

Broadcaster Michael Savage is well known for his attacks on African-Americans, Latinos, minorities, women, gays, liberals and immigrants. In a recent broadcast, he added sick and disabled children to the list of groups that he hates. (more…)
